Here's my thought about the last fish. Switch the purple and orange fish, and add a bright yellow fish behind the orange fish. The yellow fish might contrast too much with the purple fish, but will blend nicely with the orange. Also, all the fish with blue in them (purple and green) are up in the corner, so spreading them out will balance your quilt. Whatever you do, the quilt is gonna look awesome!
OK, so moving the purple fish isn't gonna help with the "blue" grouping... Sorry, I had to write my comment while I couldn't see the picture... And my memory is very stinky.
